Career Paths: Air Force addresses topic including: the parts, types and functions of aircraft; air force organization and training; the range of air force career specializations; the types and characteristics of air force weaponry; air force tactics and strategy; and many more.
Career Paths 는 학습자가 학교 전공 과목 및 앞으로 취업 하려는 직업들의 직무와 관련된 실무영어 학습 및 활용을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 쉽고 효과적인 방법을 통해 교습하기 위하여 특별히 고안된 전공실무교양영어 시리즈입니다.
기본적으로 TOEIC 350 ~ 800 대의 학습자들에게 자신의 학과 전공 및 관련 직업에서 자주 사용하는 관련 필수 단어와 숙어, 표현 등을 학습 및 교수하기 위해 구성되어 있으며, TOEIC 800점 이상의 학생들은 필요에 따라 자신이 관심 있는 영역에 꼭 필요한 필수 언어들을 교재를 통해 학습할 수 있습니다.
CROSS-PLATFORM APPLICATION (Window, IOS, Android, Mac, Google play, App store 어디서든 다운 받아 구동 가능)을 통해 쉽고 효과적으로 자가 학습하여 자신의 언어 능력을 증대시킬 수 있습니다. 전공 및 직업별로 세분화된 교재 안에는 각각 3권의 소책자가 들어있으며, 이 3권의 소책자는 각각 15개의 단원으로 구성되어 있습니다.
매 단원은 두 장으로 이루어져 있고 1번의 Lesson을 할 수 있는 분량(2 Page unit for 1 Lesson) 이며 총 45개의 단원으로 구성되어 있습니다(15단원* 3소책자). 각각의 단원을 통해 학습자는 해당 전공 및 직업에서 자주 사용하는 언어와 표현을 Vocabulary, Reading, Listening Activity 및 Comprehension Check 를 통해 확실하게 습득할 수 있습니다. 또한 Guided Speaking Role Play 와 Writing 을 통해 앞에서 습득한 필수 단어와 숙어, 표현 등을 자신이 직접 만들어 사용할 수 있으며, 완전히 본인의 것으로 만드는 습득 과정을 거치는 학습 효과를 제공합니다. 모든 단원을 마치게 되면 학습자는 400개 이상의 필수 단어 및 숙어를 숙지할 수 있습니다. Career Paths 시리즈는 아래와 같은 세분화된 전공 및 직업 분야들을 포함하고 있으며, Express Publishing은 지속적인 개발을 통하여 새로운 분야들을 증가시켜 나가고 있습니다.
