왕자가 진정한 공주를 찾기 위해 여행을 떠나고 많은 공주들을 만나게 됩니다.

공주가 갖춰야 하는 덕목들을 다 갖춘 공주를 찾아내기란 아주 어렵죠...

왕자는 하녀 한명과 시종과 여행을 하는데요...

만나는 공주마다 하나를 갖추면 다른 것이 없어서 자격이 안됩니다...

결국에는 궁전으로 다시 돌아오게 되는데요...

원래 알고 있던 이야기와 조금 다르지만 더 재미 있어요..

반전이라 말씀드릴 수는 없지만..ㅎㅎ 교훈도 있는 이야기이고..

어스본 영리딩은 생각보다 쉬워요..

오디오도 계속 듣다보면 아주 잘 들리고요..

우리집에선 흘려듣기를 어스본 영리딩으로 많이 하는데

올려봅니다.

책을 읽어주면서 함께 교구를 만들어 사용해 봤어요^^

.... 이렇게 준비했어요 ....

책을 보며 등장인물들을 매직으로 그린후

크레파스로 색칠해 주었어요^^

인물들은 부직포의 찍찍이를 붙여 서로 연결할 수 있도록 해주었어요

웃지않는 공주랍니다.

웃는 얼굴위에 슬픈얼굴을 붙일수 있도록 했어요

찍찍이를 서로 연결하니 동화속의 장면처럼 서로 붙어 버렸네요..

The golden goose 본문

This is Wally Woodcutter.

"Hello, everyone! I'm Wally!"

Wally is a very kind woodcutter.

He is a faithful son, too.

He always helps other people.

This is the king.

He has one problem.

It's the princess.

Princess Paula is always sad.

She never laughs.

"I'm sad. I don't laugh."

The king invites many people to the castle.

There are clowns and jugglers.

There are silly monkeys, too.

But Princess Paula doesn't laugh.

"Please go away," she says.

One day, Wally cuts wood.

A little old man comes by.

He says,

"Please give me some food."

Wally says, "There is not much. But we can share."

"Thank you."says the old man.

The old man has a gift for Wally.

It is a golden goose!

"Thank you!" says Wally.

"Come on. Mr. Goose." he says.

"Come to town with mw."

"Quack quack!"says the golden goose.

Wally walks to the town.

A little girl sees him.

"Look!

That man has a golden goose!

Take a feather and be rich!"

Soon, many people come to see Wally and the goose.

In town, a girl tries to take a golden feather.

When she tries, she sticks to the golden goose.

Then a little boy tries to get her free.

He sticks to the girl!

Then an old man tries to get them free.

He sticks to the little boy.

Many people try to get them free.

But they all get stuck.

The king sees Wallt, the golden goose, and all the people.

The king says,

"Please make Princess Paula laugh.

If she laughs, you may marry her!"

"Dear, please come here!" says the king.

When the princess comes down.

she laughs and laughs and laughs!

Wally woodcutter and Princess Paula get married.

They are very happy.

But the golden goose is not happy.

The people are still stuck to him.

더이상 말이 필요없는 에릭칼의 베스트 셀러~~ 배고픈애벌레!!!

처음엔 이쑤시개, 면봉.. 책속의 그림에 뚫려진 구멍을 통해 뭐든 집어넣으며 읽어주었지요~! 그것만으로도 어린 딸래미는 열광합니다.

이젠 이 책을 꺼내 읽을땐 뭐라도 손에 쥐고 있지 않으면 안되지요~~~~

휴지를 돌돌말아 대신 넣어가며 읽어 주기도 합니다.

귀여운 애벌레가 나비가 되어가는 과정이 재미있는 스토리로 아이의 호기심을 자극하고 자연스럽게 번데기와 나비가 되는 일생을 배울 수 있어 너무 좋아요~

특히 요일별로 다양한 과일과 여러가지 음식을 먹는 애벌레를 통해 요일개념과 음식과 과일이름까지 익힐 수 있는 일석 몇조의 역할을 톡톡히 하는 그림책이지요~~

울 딸래미의 사랑을 톡톡히 받는 "배고픈 애벌레~" 스토리 텔링으로 재현해 봤어요~

너무나 유명한 에릭칼의 작품 The Very Hungry Caterpillar 의 스토리 텔링입니다.

하얀색 필름통이 알입니다.^^

그속에 애벌레를 넣어두었죠.

This is the moon

and this is a leaf

and it's an egg.

In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf.

One Sunday morning the warm sun came up and-pop!-out of the egg

came a tiny and very hungry caterpillar.

He started to look for some food.

I'm so hungry.

Let's find some food.

Oh! What smell is this?

I can smell..

Oh. This must be.... an apple!

juicy and sweet.... an apple!

I want to eat this apple as soon as possible.

I found it!

There's an apple.

nibble nibble ..

Oh! yummy.

On Monday

He ate through one apple,

but he was still hungry.

읽는동안 엄마와 함께 숲속을 거닐며 풀숲으로 보이는 동물들을 발견해 가는 재미있는 그림책입니다.

1. 마치 동물들이 숨어 있기라도 하듯 풀숲으로 보이는 동물의 특징적인 일부분을 통해 그동물을 아이가 유추하도록 할 수 있다.

2. 다음 페이지에서 그 동물을 알 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그동물이 그 부분을 이용해 어떤 특징적인 일을 할 수 있는지까지 간단하고 쉽게 영어로 소개되어 있다.

3. 뒷부분 에서 입체로 표현된 사자의 입은 "I'll eat you up~~" 하며 엄마의 실감난 연기가 가능하도록 되어 있어 아이의 시선을 잡아 끌 수 있다.

4. 마지막 페이지에선 앞서 나왔던 모든 동물들을 만나 볼 수 있다.

바로 "Go away Mr. wolf" 와 "The old alligator" 랍니다.

전 그중에서 "The old alligator" 스토리를 재구성해 봤어요.

"The old alligator" 스토리 소개

세마리의 귀여운 아기 오리가 강가에서 놀고 있는데..

늙은 악어 한마리가 저녁거리를 찾으며 다가왔어요.

그리곤 차례대로 아기오리를 삼켜 버린답니다.

바로 그때, 지나가던 아기 코끼리가 실수로 그만 악어를 납작하게 눌러 버리지 뭐예요

아기 오리들이 악어의 뱃속에서 POP! POP! POP! 하며 다시 살아 난답니다.^^

책의 특징:

이 스토리에는 엄마가 아이에게 읽어주며 해 줄수 있는 모션이 함께 나와 있어

더 재미있구요. 아기오리가 세마리에서 한마리씩 줄어드는 걸 세어 보며

아이와 수학적 개념까지 집어 줄수 있는것 같아 더욱 좋은것 같네요

They're little ducks.

아기 오리들이 란다.

I prepared little ducks made of mandarin oranges

and an alligator made of radishes.

엄마가 귤로 만든 아기 오리들과 무우로 만든 악어를 준비 했단다.

Three little ducks were playing in the river.
세마리 오리들이 강에서 놀고 있었어요.

The alligator is swimming along slowly,

when along came an alligator, looking for his dinner.
악어가 헤엄치면서 저녁을 찾는 중이었어요.

늙은 악어는 snap하고 물었습니다.

하지만 늙은 악어는 커다랗게 미소를 지었지요

The old alligator went snap! snap! snap!

늙은 악어는 snap하고 물었습니다.

And One little duck was left.

그리곤 한마리만 남았대요.

One little duck was trying to reach the bank.

아기오리가 둑으로 가려했지만

But the old alligator was much too fast.

악어가 너무 빨랐어요

The old alligator went snap! snap! snap!

늙은 악어는 snap하고 물었습니다.

And No little ducks were left.

그리고 아기 오리들은 모두 남아있지 않았어요

This is baby elephant.

아기 코끼리란다.

A baby elephant, passing by, stumbled on the alligator,

squashing him flat.

아기 코끼리가 지나가다 악어를 발에 채여 납짝하게 찌부러트렸어요.

Out popped the little ducks, Pop! Pop! Pop!

아기오리들이 Pop!하며 튀어나왔답니다.

And 'Oops', said the elephant, 'sorry ald man'.
